Alcove shower 1m x 1 square, toilet & cistern & handbasin with mixer tap & a fan.
Bathroom will be lined with ACP panels - easy clean surface


WIRED with electrical certificate: 2 x double power points, 3 interior down lights, caravan plug, RCD board
INSULATED walls & ceiling
Living area LINED with 10mm Triboard- qualities include *Impact resistant *Smooth paintable surface


FINISHED with Pine architraves around the door & windows. Does NOT include paint on the interior.
