Q. What do I need to bring if I’m picking up a large door ie ranchslider or French doors?

A. Bring a trailer, 2 lengths of 4x2 timbers longer than the door you are carrying (the shortest side) & 2 or more strops. Lay the door down flat on the timbers which are on top of the trailer & strop it down tight. Alternatively use a cage trailer if the item will fit inside standing up & strop it to the side of the cage.

Q. Can I stack windows on top of windows lying flat on a trailer?

A. Yes you can bring some blankets or packers / cardboard to put in between so they don’t rub.

DELIVERY Terms & Conditions:

Most of our customers pick up the goods themselves as they can inspect and make payment at the same time.

We can arrange delivery Nation wide. Please enquire, with the size item(s) & suburb & we'll get a freight quote for you. The driver will need a strong person to help unload. All our North Island deliveries are picked up once a fortnight on a Thursday. Goods must be paid for in full prior to being loaded on the truck.

Special deliveries Northland-wide (from Whangarei to the Far North). We use either an A-frame trailer with a tow wagon or a furniture box body truck so driveway access needs to be disclosed prior to delivery, transit times may be longer for remote areas to coincide with other deliveries in your area. Please enquire for a quote & time frames.
Someone strong will need to be home to assist the driver to help unload at your end or additional fees apply if another person is required to unload.

Driveways must be wide enough & well-formed otherwise items will be left at the gate. This will be at the drivers discretion.

Please do not expect the driver to lift item(s) (if weighing more than 70Kgs) more than 10 metres from where the SUV/ truck can gain access.

Shipping times:

We endeavour to get your purchase to you within 2-3 weeks.

Our obligation is to the gate only, we will endevour to get your good(s) as close to the site as possible this will be at the driver’s discretion.
