Shipping policy

We can arrange delivery to most places in the NORTH ISLAND, reasonable rates & delivered in a timely fashion. Please request a FREE QUOTE today. 

Most of our customers pick up the goods themselves as they can inspect them and make payment at the same time.

Your goods are picked up from our yard once a fortnight & they are delivered the following week. In most instances the driver will need a hand to unload (depending on the size & weight).

Special deliveries Northland wide using a SUV and a 4 metre long A-frame trailer (for joinery only) if we have other deliveries in the area. Someone strong (if a large item) will need to help the driver unload or additional fees apply if another person is required to unload.

Please do not expect the driver and/or their off-sider to lift heavy item(s) more than 20 metres from where the truck/ SUV & trailer can gain access.

Back 2 Wood Demolition is not responsible for length of transit times or damage to goods received during freight if using an alternative carriers.

We take every care & responsibility for what we carry.

FOR HIAB Delivery of Buildings & Shipping Containers the Driveway access must be:

• A minimum of 3 metres wide at the entrance - suitable for a large 8 wheeler truck
• With a well formed compacted driveway, no paddocks
• No low lying branches or power lines etc 

We will endevour to get your good(s) as close to the site as possible this will be at the driver’s discretion. 

We will not put our drivers & trucks at risk, the item(s) cannot be left on the truck as they will get in the way for the return load.
